Hi there!

I’m a wife, mom, coach, speaker, nonprofit leader, coffee lover, and a woman who has spent years learning what it means to live fully alive without losing myself in the process.

Amy Cummings with her husband, Brett, and her son, Eddie

Here's My Story

For more than twenty-four years, I have had the privilege of leading a nonprofit organization, planning large-scale events, raising millions of dollars, managing teams, speaking on stages, and helping people encounter God and live their mission.

From the outside, life looked pretty successful.

But there was a season when I realized something important:

I was showing up everywhere except for myself and for the ones I loved the most.

Like many women, I was carrying a lot.

I was leading at work, serving others, caring for my family, managing responsibilities, and trying to do all the things well. I loved my work. I loved my family. I loved God.

Today, that is the work I help women do.

I work with women who are successful on paper but know there is more available to them.

Women who love God but feel stretched thin.

Women who desire a thriving marriage, meaningful work, strong leadership, deep friendships, and a life that feels integrated instead of fragmented.

Women who know they were made for more than survival mode.

But I was tired.
Not just physically tired.
Soul tired.

The kind of tired that comes from constantly giving while rarely stopping long enough to receive.

I found myself rushing through life, checking boxes, putting out fires, and wondering why the peace, joy, and connection I desired felt harder and harder to access.

My marriage wasn’t falling apart, but it wasn’t thriving either. My husband and I often felt like we were passing each other in the middle of busy lives.

I wanted deeper connection, more presence, and a life that felt aligned with what mattered most.

What I eventually discovered changed everything:

Wholeness isn’t found by doing more.

It’s found by becoming the woman God created you to be.

That realization started a journey of healing, growth, and transformation that touched every part of my life; my marriage, my leadership, my motherhood, my faith, and my relationship with myself.

I stopped trying to prove my worth through achievement.

I learned how to lead from peace instead of pressure

I discovered the beauty of healthy femininity.

I learned that I could pursue my mission without sacrificing my marriage, my health, or my joy.

Most importantly, I learned that transformation begins from the inside out.

You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Through coaching, speaking, The Woman School Masterclass, the Esther Collective, and my programs for wives and women leaders, I help women become whole, confident, feminine leaders who are fully alive in their God-given mission.

Because I believe one wholehearted woman can change her marriage, her family, her community, and the world around her.

And maybe that woman is you. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Life isn’t about doing more.

It’s about becoming the woman you were created to be.

Ready to become a woman fully alive in your mission?
