I created this room because I've lived the leadership journey many women are quietly navigating.
After more than two decades in executive nonprofit leadership, I know the weight of carrying vision, teams, budgets, and outcomes. I also know how easy it is to succeed on the outside while running on empty inside.
My own path led me through burnout into a deeper, integrated way of living and leading, one rooted in faith, clarity, and wholeness.
Today, I am deeply passionate about helping Christian women leaders build lives where leadership, marriage, family, faith, and personal calling no longer compete - but work together.
The Esther Collective exists to give women the room I once needed.

Peer-group
Gather with other woman leaders across the nation - find solutions, share challenges, build community, and build your personal board of advisors with whom you have aligned values.

Quarterly Planning Workshops
Each quarter we will take time to reveiw the last 90 days, make a plan for the next 90 days and move those rocks forward.

Occassionally guest experts will join us to share their expertise and help you to grow.
